Homer and Bart head in to buy one while Lisa and Marge to the clothes store and Marge finds a great Chancel suite for $90. Lisa talks Marge into buying it.

Marge meets one of her old friends from high school. Well a popular kid that she never really know. She invites Marge to the country club. At the club Marge tries to fit in although she clearly has different ideals. The family do very well little as they don’t want to fit in.

At the country club Lisa moans about the club but then sees horse riding and runs off. In a card game someone makes a joke about Marge not changing her suite. Homer has a game of golf. That night Marge changes her suite using the sewing machine.

Next day one of Marge’s friends say that she would love to sponsor her for membership and says he knows the will have a great new suite. Homer plays golf at work and impresses everybody, Mr. Burns watches him on the security camera and tells Smithers to schedule a game. Smither reminds Mr. Burns how he has never lost except for the one time he let Richard Nixon win.

Marge tries to alter her dress but ends up ruining and goes to Patty and Selma to get a dress but doesn’t find anything good. In the golf game Homer is doing well but Mr. Burns is beating him and getting to the green in one shot. Marge goes to the outlet mall to try and find a new suite.

Homer takes a shot and hits Smithers who is on the green. Homer realises that Smithers was cheating for him and Mr. Burns says it is unnecessary as he is a great golfer until he realises Smithers has been cheating for him for years. Smithers tell him that if they want to get into the club, he will keep quite as Mr. Burns is powerful and can get them in.

At home Marge comes down in a new dress. They drive towards the club but Marge tells them they are walking to stop anyone seeing the car. The family discuss their plans but Marge shouts at them to be good. Marge realises what a jerk she has been and how she shouldn’t have spent $3,300. They leave and Lisa says they wouldn’t be accepted anyway.

However at the club there is a party to welcome Marge and family to the country club. At Krusty Burger the family discuss how they like being in a place like this.
