 Pushing back the boundaries of science, Horizon is the best documentary shown on BBC, if not one of the best documentaries on the planet, regularly winning awards and critical acclaim. In 2002 it won a BAFTA award for best factual series or strand.
It has now been on air for almost 40 years. You can find the show at 9pm on Thursdays on BBC2 when the series are running. It is also shown on BBC World which is broadcast internationally.
The best episode so far was an investigation into time travel which not only involved Pizza but also proved one of the major theories of Encoria correct.
