Dawson sees Billy sitting on his car and asks him why he hasn’t left yet. Billy tries to get Dawson paranoid and Billy points out they are thinking the same thing. He asks Dawson to come with him to a club. Joey is on the way to school when Warren tries to offer her a lift. She eventually agrees.

Dawson and Billy arrive in school and Dawson talks to Pacey and Pacey says he will join them. Dawson goes off to hand in some homework and Jen arrives to discover Billy in school. Billy tells her that they are going to a hoer house. Pacey questions him once Joey and Jen walk off but Billy tells him he is only joking.

Jen tells Joey Warren is saying they slept together. On the ferry Pacey tells him about how he isn’t a rebel. They discuss how they are like Happy Days. Joey talks to Warren and Warren tells him this can help both their reputations. Warren continues to annoy her in public and she storms out, Jen follows her. Jen has an idea for getting Warren back. Joey eventually agrees to listen to the plan.

Billy is looking at some guys who are giving people trouble and suggests they slash their tyres. However Dawson says he has a better idea. Abbie talks to Joey about Warren and Joey breaks down and says she is pregnant. Abbie calls him a puke and leaves looking angry. On the ferry Dawson attaches a huck to the bottom of the guys’ car. Pacey moons them and they drive off the guys try to follow but the car is held back.

At the club everyone except Dawson is picking up girls. At school there is a college fair being set up in the library. Mrs. Tringle takes Joey aside to talk to her about a childcare course; Joey says she will get back to her. Warren finds stickers around school having a dig at him and baby things in his locker.

Dawson tries to hit on someone but gets ignored although he finally gets Nina to give her name. Pacey returns and points out Dawson is chatting to Nina. Joey arrives to see Jen and she says she wants to call it off but Jen tries to convince her. Joey accuses her of using this for her own revenge. Jen tells her she is just scared because now there are no more excuses when she is with Dawson.

Meanwhile Dawson is debating Spielberg with Nina. Nina says she went to film school but Billy interrupts and tries to hit on her. Nina suggests he and Dawson go somewhere less crowded. Outside Dawson and Nina talk about why he is here. Nina suggests it would impress his friends if he didn’t appear until next morning. Dawson says it wouldn’t be right then they share a quick kiss and Nina leaves.

At the college fair Abbie tells Jen Joey made the story up. Jen goes over to talk to Joey while Dawson heads into the bar and Pacey and Billy talk to him. Dawson says Billy only wanted him to get lucky so he could tell Jen. Billy leaves them some money and tells them to have a fun trip home.

Warren goes to his locker and finds Joey who asked to talk with him. Warren suggests they can get rid of the lie by making it the truth. Joey blackmails him into denying it. Warren suggests they go out Friday night but Joey declines. Outside the club Pacey and Dawson talk. Joey goes to see Jen and they make up.

Dawson gets back and finds Joey in his room. She asks him to hell her about what happened but Dawson says he is really tired. He goes to sleep while Joey sits next to the bed. Zooms out and goes to credits.
