 Some cases are never solved. Some even slip beyond Mulder and Skully. These are the cold cases, those that have been dead for decades. That is where lully Rush enters, a detective on the Philiadelphia homicide squad who is assigned to cold cases. She sets about using witnesses and new science to solve these previously abandoned cases.
Lilly is played by Kathryn Morris. The show also features John Finn as Lt. John Stillman, Thom Barry as Will Jeffries and Jerem Tatchford as Detective Nick Vera who hang around to help Lilly out when she runs into dead ends.
