 Created by Richard Curtis and Rowan Atkinson, Blackadder is some what of an odd show in terms of series, which each one focusing on a different period in time. Yet there is always a Blackadder and there is always a Baldrick.
There have been four series of the show, the Blackadder, Blackadder II, Blackadder The Third and Blackadder Goes Forth. These covered medievil times, Queen Elizabeth I, the Regency period and the Western Front respectivly.
There have been many specials as well, the most notable being the last ever Blackadder made specially for the Millenium Dome which was set in the present day. Its worth mentioning at the end of this episode be becomes king - something predicted by three witches in the first episode of the original series.
