Angel relives the battle with spike. Meanwhile Spike is at a strip club. That lawyer guy that was in most of the episodes of the first few series but nobody admits exists online apparently turns up and tells Spike he is the person responsible for him being back. He tells him that he needs him to help him do good as he has visions and Angel is no longer there to help the people who really need help.
Angel has a vision of Wesley staking him. Spike continues to help people. Angel has several more weird visions including one with Spike doing Buffy and another with Spike saving the world and turning it into a candy land.
At the office they pick up reports of someone helping the helpless as it were. They check out the description and it matches Spike. Elsewhere Spike is shown a place where he can stay. He is not too happy about it as the place isn’t full of creature comforts.
Gunn and Wesley turn up at Spike’s place. They tell him that they have the resources to fight evil. But Spike tells them Wolfram and Heart can never change – it only changes them. Spike realises that Angel doesn’t know they have come to see him.
Meanwhile there is talk between the agents of the senior partners. They make it clear Spike and the others are being played to tear Angel down. Wesley and Gunn head back and moan to Fred about Spike saying they sold out. She suggests they go talk to him but they say there is nothing to tell him.
Fred goes to see Harmony and they phone Angel. He is asleep as the phone rings but then his eyes open and he is in a different place, Lorne is there playing the piano and looking ye olde. Fred decides to check in on him but she is distracted.
In Angel’s dream he tries to sing to Lorne can read him, but he is unable to. The rest of the gang are in the audience and begin to turn on him. He looks down to see a blob type creature on his chest and he kills it. It’s referred to as junior. A much bigger version of the blob creature is brought in, Angel knocks it off the bed.
His dream gets worse but Spike comes in and rips the creature that was really attached to him from him and saves him. Angel confronts Eve about her being in his dream. However she suggests Angel looks into his little circle as she calls it. |
